Dan Graves Bio:

My name is Dan Graves.   I was born in Tulsa and I have lived here most of my life.   I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa in 1987 and my Juris Doctor in law from T.U. in 1995. I am licensed to practice in Oklahoma Courts, and in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.   I am also licensed to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado.

At the University of Tulsa College of Law I graduated in the top 25% of my class while working for prominent local attorneys.   I received American Jurisprudence Awards for Legal Research and Writing and Professional Responsibility.   I also received the Philip Alan Porta Memorial Scholarship Award for Legal Ethics.   In 1998 I authored Legal Writing for Paralegals in Oklahoma, which is published by the National Business Institute.

My partner and I are committed to excellence in the practice of law and to establishing complete trust with our clients.   When you are looking for an attorney, you are searching for someone who cares about you, your family, and your case.   Don't let bad lawyering in the "claims mills" ruin your case.   Your case must be handled the right way from the beginning to get meaningful results.   We will provide you with aggressive, professional representation to bring you the best result possible within the shortest possible time.

As advocates for your cause, we pursue every ethical means to maximize your recovery.   In medical negligence, and other complex cases, we locate and hire the finest experts to testify in court.   In personal injury cases we thoroughly investigate your damages.   We take the time to talk to your treating physicians to understand your injuries so that the insurance company, or the jury, will know about the hardship your injuries have caused you.

In cases involving personal injury and medical negligence, you can elect to hire us on a contingency fee basis.   That means we front all of the costs for the case, and you do not pay us our fee unless you recover.   Our fee is then paid as a percentage of recovery.

Remember, you get only one shot at recovery.   Choose the firm you can trust, and the firm that will maximize your results.   If you have a serious legal problem, give me a call to talk about how we can help you.
